Bio

Growing up, my family almost never had music on in the house.  But there was always a book on tape playing somewhere.  As a result, I had an unusually extensive vocabulary as a child, but knew few songs beyond what I learned in Girl Scouts.  To this day, I'm still able to recite the entire first page of The Hobbit because I wore the cassette so thin the narrator eventually sounded verbally impaired.

I’m a classically trained actor, physical comedienne and entrepreneur. My greatest performance joy is long form storytelling, be that on the boards or through a book. A Wellesley College alumna, I graduated Magna Cum Laude in three years, with a major in Independent Theatre Studies and an undeclared minor in Medieval & Renaissance History.  I took conservatory with The National Theatre Institute at The Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center.  Continuing my professional education, I have since completed programs with Shakespeare & Company, The Second City and The Meisner Center of Los Angeles. I continue my audiobook study with Deyan Institute, P.J. Ochlan and Sean Pratt, among others.

I bring to my work a comedic timing honed over decades of professional clowning.  For over two decades, I have owned a small company dedicated to providing events with high quality clown entertainment. I make it my business to understand the needs of my clients, so my customer service is top notch.  These skills are applicable regardless of the project.

In other pursuits, I am the Dungeon Master, a Wiccan High Priestess, a subtle body trauma release coach and LGBTQIA+.

My guiding principle is, “There are two types of people in this world...and you're one of them."
